On a message board that I frequent, there's been a thread going on the past couple of days about the Nightline debates between Christians and athiests. Apparently, Kirk Cameron and Ray Comfort (from the Way of the Master) got up and debated a couple of athiests from a group called the Rational Response Squad.
The first half of the debate, you can view here, if you're interested.
Anyway, apparently one the arguments that Comfort gives for the existance of God is the banana. Take a look.
This argument, to me, is just ridiculous, if only for the reason that the banana that you find in the grocery store has been so changed *by humans* from its wild form. The domestic banana doesn't resemble the wild banana in any way. It's been made appropriate for human usage by humans. Yet he doesn't choose to acknowledge this point at all.
