How much do I hate that Miss Teen SC has become a celebrity due to her idiocy?

A lot. I hate it a lot.

This girl got up national TV a couple of weeks ago and made a complete ass of herself. She couldn't even manage to speak in complete sentences. (Despite this, she still placed 3rd runner-up.)

Now, she's everywhere. She was on the Today Show, and I just saw her tonight doing a spot on the VMA awards... still sounding like a moron.

Why do we put people like this in the spotlight? Bravo for stupidity!
