Save some hassle

Last year when we were in FL and sold our house in NC, it was such a hassle having to deal with all the paperwork... FedExing back and forth, having to find a notary on short notice (and on a weekend!)... don't get me started. But with the advent of eDocuments and electronic disclosures, a lot of that hassle is now a thing of the past. What a time and stress saver. Everyone should utilize such a handy service.
