When Jon and I were in Seattle, we went to this stand at the market called Garlic Garden. They make a whipped garlic spread that is so good, they only allow 1 sample per person. This stuff is amazing, especially for garlic fiends like us.
We bought 2 tubs of the stuff home with us... it's already gone. We had to have some more.
I went to their website, and was happy to find that I could order the stuff and have it delivered... but when I went check out, it said that the shopping cart was broken... nooo! MUST HAVE GARLIC. I waited a couple of days, checked it again, and still got the same message. Oh dear.
I wound up emailing the company and let them know my dilemma. I got an email back the same evening... that's customer service! The lady who emailed me back said that their web designer was in the midst of working on a new shopping cart, and that I could call in the meantime for an order (which I'll be doing on Wednesday).
The best part of the email was that it was signed, "Your Garlic Friend, Tracy"... ha! That just made me laugh :)
