Jon and I don’t have a mortgage to worry about right now, but probably will have one again sooner rather than later. There’s a lot to consider when you’re looking into one.
Just because we didn’t know so much at the time, we didn’t do a lot of shopping around for our previous North Carolina mortgage. We still wound up with a good rate, but Mortgage Rates comparisons are a good idea.
You can even search for brokers specifically in your area to make sure you’re getting the best rate possible.
