I get into work yesterday, and have an email w/no subject from some guy I have never heard of.
I read it, and he is basically asking me why I transfered a call to his department -- LAST WEDNESDAY.
Really? You think I'm going to remember one specific call and one specific person that I talked to, out of 100+?
So I emailed him back and said that I'd been out of the office for the past 2 days, and had no specific recollection of the person or the call transfer, and I was sorry I couldn't help. End of story, so I thought.
Today, I get ANOTHER email from him, basically reaming me out b/c I "did the transfer incorrectly."
Dude. Let it go. I do not remember, so you continuing to badger me about something I did last week is completely pointless.
