So how did a week go by so fast? In some ways, though, it seems like Eleanor has been here forever.
Even though it's only been 7 days, she's already starting to change:
-trying to hold her head up (!)
-starting to establish more of a predictable sleeping eating/schedule, and stays awake for longer periods of time (and keeps her eyes open more as well)
-getting more definition to her facial features
And she makes the sweetest little noises while she sleeps, which just slay me.

Yesterday we went over to mom and dad's house where she met her great-aunt Debbie and great-grandma Dorothy, and afterwards, we ventured into public for the first time when we went to Babies R Us for some more bottles. We were in the store for a total of about 5 minutes, and Ella slept through the whole event. :)

Today, we gave her her first bath (sponge) since we brought her home from the hospital, which was a little adventure. Needless to say, she was not a particular fan of the whole process, but we got through it. Here she is post-bath, having calmed down a little bit.
